E Z Take Out Burger

EZ Take Out Burger  I heard some good things about the California style hamburger joint E Z Take Out Burger. I love In-N-Out burgers and Chadders so I thought I would give the Orem E Z Take Out Burgers a try. I should have saved my money and went to Wendy's.

T-y, Bre, the Owens, and Me decided to eat there tonight. Shantell and Amanda were attending a dance convention up in SLC. There wasn't a line when we arrived and that was probably the best thing about the visit, besides having Apple Beer on tap. We sat in the back of the restaurant next to a group of two couples. The Owens got their 6 meals and we got our 3 meals at least 10 minutes before the group sitting next to us got their 2 meals. THAT'S INSANE. The group eventually got their meals and an apology from the manager, but that isn't acceptable to me.

The food we received was ok. The double I got, wild style, was pretty decent. The fries we got were cold, dark and soggy. There was no way that these fries were freshly made and fried. Even if they were fresh, they were dark in color so they were cooked in old oil. Not the best tasting fries by any means. T-y ordered a spicy chicken and got a hockey puck. I didn't want to take the food back and get more soggy cold fries, or have to wait until after everyone else in the restaurant was served.

Bottom line is go next door to Burger King rather then eat at EZ Take Our Burger. Better yet, drive a bit further south and eat at the Berrett Cafeteria. Three out of Six Berrett's have worked there.
